OMM provide wide and fexible solutions by its equipment to realize the steel lattice towers.
OMM’s lattice towers production line can easily be operated and carried thanks to its user friendly interface.
Used for steel lattice tower production (and for other application), represent the core machine for company that wants to produce lattice towers with high quality, repeteability, large production volume and all in one machine/line passing over the old concept of production that use different machine and not one full automated production line.

BY BEAMS

The cycle starts with beam pick up thanks to a partner that help the operator to put it on the roller conveyor. The beam pass through a shearing machine that perform a cut to length and after that the beam is moved, with another roller conveyor, up to reach the bridge crane that take the beam and put it on a step by step conveyor. The line includes different punching units able to perform the different holes and slots forecasted by the design. The beams after the operation go out from the punching units by a roller conveyor and become packed with a bridge crane. The beams pack become stored in a chain conveyor, ready to be picked up by the forklift or plant bridge crane, for further operations.

- The line is managed from only two operators
- Beams length range : 1.000 ÷ 4.000 mm
- Beams thickness : 4 ÷ 12 mm
- Angular dimension range (min/max) : 50 x 50 x 4 / 110 x 110 mm
- Numbers of hole/slots : 2 to 5 
- Holes diameter : Ф 17 ÷ 32 mm
- Production rate up to 2 pieces / minute
- Real time data monitoring system & teleservice through internet connection.

BY BEAMS PACK

The line working modality and final result are the same. The main and only difference is that the line starts from beams pack and that the line needs only one operator for its management. The process start with the loading of the beams pack on to the input roller. The pack is referred and clamped to be cut to length. After cutting the pack arrive, through another roller conveyor on the following station (bridge crane) to be destacked, one by one, and each beam will feed the line for futher operation of punching as above described.

- Beams pack dimension : 500 x 250 x L ( L =  6.000 ÷ 12.000 mm ) 
- Beams length range : 1.000 ÷ 4.000 mm
- Beams thickness : 4 ÷ 12 mm
- Angular dimension range (min/max) : 50 x 50 x 4 / 110 x 110 mm
- Numbers of hole/slots : 2 to 5
- Holes diameter : Ф 17÷ 32 mm
- Production rate up to 2 pieces / minute
- Real time data monitoring system & teleservice through internet connection.
