For the above products OMM supply the following machines:

-Plasma cutting machine for trapezium preparation (starting by sheet);

-Cut to length line for trapezium preparation (starting by coils);

-Synchronized press brake for trapezium bending, using special machine and dies for round conical / polygonal poles;

-Automatic feeding system for the automatic trapezium management under the rress brake and for trapezium marking;

-Single shell welding machine for shell welding and automatic straightening;

-Single & Double shell welding machine to couple and weld pole made with two shells;

-Lighting pole finishing line for automatic operation of plasma door opening, base plate welding, drilling and nuts welding. 

The high - mast poles due to the fact that they are build by two or three segment connected to each other in case of polygonal poles they need to be bended in correct way in order to have all the sides equal to each other and allow the interconnection.

The high - mast OMM's line thanks to the use of the "Single & Double shell welding machine" is able to save steel material, save cycle time special on the coupling phase and save welding time thanks to the simultaneous welding with two torchs.

The OMM's welding machines are able to weld without any shape deformation that guarantee a good coupling and specially good coupling between the base plate and the first segment pole.
