We are pleased to announce that today, October 14, 2019, our new website www.murgesi.com is online. A website that guarantees a simple and intuitive navigation, thanks to the new presentation which appears clear, complete on what we offer to our customers. Our goal is to guarantee immediate identification for our solutions, clearly visible on the main page at the right top, divided into three sections: « Poles », « Road accessories » and « Special and innovative systems ». Each section provides an exhaustive in-depth analysis with the possibility of requesting estimates and further information. The new graphic layout, completely renewed, with new contents, videos and photos allows the customer to view and understand our work in an effective way.
Furthermore, the customer can get instant and quick information. In fact, one of the great novelties of the site is the inclusion of an online chat that allows you to offer real-time, easy and direct support: constantly improve interaction with the customer, respond effectively to doubts, questions and guarantee an excellent visit experience.
Our website is available in several languages: English, French, Arabic and Russian. With the new website two new languages ​​have been introduced, Spanish and Italian. In this way, our customers can browse in their own language so OMM has the possibility to reach a higher number of customers / partners.
All this improvements has been possible thanks to the cooperation with Shiftzero, developer of the website.

Chaque section fournit une analyse approfondie avec la possibilité de demander des offres et des informations supplémentaires. La nouvelle présentation graphique, entièrement renouvelée, avec de nouveaux contenus, vidéos et photos, permet au client de visualiser et de comprendre notre offre de solutions innovantes.

En autre, le client peut obtenir des informations instantanées et rapides. En fait, l’une des grandes nouveautés du nouvelle site web est l’inclusion d’un chat en ligne qui vous permet d’offrir un support en temps réel, facile et direct : améliorer constamment les interactions avec le client, répondre efficacement aux doutes, aux questions et garantissez-lui une expérience de visite excellente.

Notre site Web est disponible en plusieurs langues : anglais, français, arabe et russe. Avec le nouveau site web, deux nouvelles langues ont été introduites, l’espagnol et l’italien. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di garantire un’individuazione immediata delle nostre soluzioni, ben visibili nella pagina principale in alto a destra, suddivise in tre sezioni: “Pali”, “Accessori stradali” e “Impianti speciali ed innovativi”. Ogni sezione fornisce un esaustivo approfondimento con la possibilità di richiedere preventivi e ulteriori informazioni. La nuova veste grafica, totalmente rinnovata, con nuovi contenuti, video e foto permette al cliente di visionare e comprendere concretamente il nostro lavoro.

Inoltre, il cliente, può ottenere informazioni istantanee e rapide. Infatti, una delle grandi novità del sito è l’aver inserito una chat online che consente di offrire un supporto in tempo reale, facile e diretto: migliorare costantemente l’interazione con il cliente, rispondere in modo efficace a dubbi, domande e garantirgli un’esperienza di visita eccellente.
